Gentle Yoga

Through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and supported postures, you'll gently open up your body, increase circulation, and relieve stress. Our experienced instructor guides you through each pose, offering modifications to accommodate all levels of flexibility and mobility. This is perfect class if your a beginner or if you're coming back to a mat after a while.

Slow Flow

A meditative and rejuvenating practice that helps you find the space between poses while keeping a gentle rhythm, combining gentle movement, breath coordination, and mindful transitions to create a serene and introspective experience. This class is perfect for those looking to cultivate a deeper connection to their breath and movement while promoting relaxation and balance. Our Slow Flow yoga class offers a supportive atmosphere, welcoming individuals of all levels. It's an opportunity to embrace your practice at your own pace, honoring your unique journey and progress.

Yin

A deeply nourishing and contemplative practice that targets the connective tissues of the body through passive stretching and extended holds in gentle postures. Yin yoga offers an opportunity to slow down, find stillness, and explore a meditative approach to enhancing flexibility and mobility. Each pose is held for 3 to 5 minutes allowing for a gradual and deep release of tension in the body. The long holds in each pose provide a deep stretch to the muscles and the fascia, promoting relaxation and a sense of letting go. Our Yin Yoga Class is open to practitioners of all levels and is perfect for those seeking a slower, introspective practice that promotes relaxation and deep release.

Yoga Magic

Yoga Magic is everything you could ask for in a yoga class and is appropriate for practitioners at any level. It focuses on grounding, movement, strength, flexibility, breath, stillness and deep relaxation.

The class begins with a short grounding meditation, followed by 20 minutes of vinyasa flow, then progresses into 20 minutes of Yin postures and culminates with a 15-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation. It’s simply Magical!

Yoga Tone

Yoga Tone is a mindful fusion of yoga flow and light strength training using 1 lb weighted balls. This class enhances your yoga practice by building lean muscle, increasing joint stability, and improving balance—all while staying rooted in breath and body awareness.

Expect a fluid sequence that tones and strengthens while supporting alignment, mobility, and a deeper mind-body connection. Leave feeling strong, centered, and empowered from the inside out.

Space is limited to 10 students.

Special Event: Reiki & Restore

Join us for a special Reiki + Restore class with Lauren Gicas, Reiki Master and licensed massage therapist and Chris White, Reiki practitioner and hypnotherapist.

Reiki is a Japanese technique to promote stress reduction and relaxation, activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest system) and balancing the nervous system through deep rest.

It can be facilitated through both hands on and off the body by a practitioner.

Restorative yoga poses will be held for an extended period of time, combined with the Reiki energy to offer a chakra balancing from head to toe and a deeply relaxing experience.

Props such as bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks are used to support the body to further allow for further dropping into postures.

Reiki will be offered to each participant if they so choose (hands-off or on, you’re choice!).

Special Event: Sea to Soul

Sea to soul is a unique, soul nourishing event that explores the connection between humans and nature, through science, movement, and mindfulness.

Begin with a one-hour guided beach walk led by marine scientist, Kara Muzia where you’ll explore coastal ecosystems and connect with the natural world through a meditative lens.

The experience continues with a 30-minute gentle yoga flow on the sand, designed to help you ground into your body and breath awareness.

We’ll close with an optional refreshing dip in the ocean - a true sea-to-soul moment.

In Inner Child Alchemy, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to begin that healing process. This two-hour workshop blends somatic tools, nervous system regulation, and heart-opening rituals to help you reconnect with your inner child, release shame, and nurture the foundation of self-love through reparenting. No experience needed—just a willingness to be gentle with yourself.
