Gentle Yoga

Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation in our Gentle Yoga class. This class focuses on gentle, flowing movements to release tension and promote flexibility, combined with restorative poses to calm the mind and soothe the body.

Through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and supported postures, you'll gently open up your body, increase circulation, and relieve stress. Our experienced instructor guides you through each pose, offering modifications to accommodate all levels of flexibility and mobility. This is perfect class if your a beginner or if you're coming back to a mat after a while.
