Court & Course Flow

Court & Course Flow is designed for anyone who plays tennis, golf, or pickleball—recreationally or competitively—who wants to move with more strength, flexibility, and ease. This class blends dynamic sequences to build power and mobility with longer, targeted holds to release tension, improve balance, and support recovery.

Through mindful breathwork, core engagement, and focused stretches, you’ll increase rotational range, enhance joint stability, and improve overall coordination—helping you feel more confident and capable in every swing, serve, and step on the court or course.
