Thanksgiving Day Gratitude Flow

Celebrate Thanksgiving with our special Yoga Flow class designed to cultivate gratitude and mindfulness. Join us for a balanced practice that includes gentle stretches, heart-opening poses, and moments of reflection.

This is a donation-based class, open to all levels, offering a space to express thanks for our bodies, breath, and the community. Immerse yourself in the spirit of gratitude and leave refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the holiday with a grateful heart. All proceeds will be donated to the House of Hope.
