Sivananda Yoga

Sivananda Yoga offers a classical, holistic approach to yoga that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. Each class follows a time-honored sequence designed to calm the mind, build strength and flexibility, and leave you deeply refreshed.

Classes begin and end with chanting and relaxation, include breathwork to energize and center, and flow through a consistent set of postures that create a meditative rhythm. Modifications are always available to meet you where you are.

Rooted in the Five Points of Yoga—breath, relaxation, movement, diet, and positive thinking/meditation—Sivananda Yoga invites you to move beyond the physical, fostering peace, clarity, and inner growth.
