April Showers Sound Bath - April 17th

Step into a deeply immersive experience designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and gently guide you back into balance. This sound bath blends crystal singing bowls and layered healing frequencies to create a full-body meditative experience that works on both a physical and energetic level.

As you settle into stillness, the vibrations of sound begin to move through the body—helping to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and invite a profound sense of calm. Many people experience a shift into a dreamlike, meditative state where mental chatter softens and the body is able to fully rest and restore.

This is more than just relaxation. It’s a reset. A chance to step away from constant stimulation and reconnect with a quieter, steadier version of yourself.

You’ll be guided into comfort at the beginning of the session, then invited to simply receive. No movement, no effort, no experience required. Just lie back, get cozy, and allow the sound to do the work.

What to expect:
• A calming, dimly lit space designed for deep relaxation
• Guided arrival into stillness
• Immersive sound journey using crystal bowls and other healing instruments
• Time at the end to gently reawaken and integrate

What to bring:
• Yoga mat (or rent one at the studio)

Dub Yoga - A Live DJ Experience- May 9th

Dub Yoga is a grounded, slow-flow experience inspired by the deep, bass-heavy sounds of dub — a subgenre of reggae rooted in instrumental rhythm and vibration.

This experience is elevated with a live DJ set by LanceO, founder of @kulcha.shok and led by Cecile Schoen, creating a fully immersive soundscape that evolves in real time. The music isn’t just background — it leads the room, guiding your breath, your pace, and the overall rhythm of your practice.

Similar in pace to a gentle Hatha class, this practice invites you to move intentionally, allowing each transition to be shaped by sound and sensation rather than speed.

The steady pulse of dub creates a meditative atmosphere, helping you drop out of your head and into your body. Expect unhurried movement, longer holds, and space to truly feel each posture — all supported by live, bass-driven frequencies designed to calm the nervous system and deepen your awareness.

This is less about pushing and more about syncing — breath, body, and rhythm.

Join us for an evening designed to calm your nervous system and bring your body back into balance. This deeply restorative experience blends gentle, supported postures with hands-on Reiki energy healing from Lauren and Chris, creating space for true rest and subtle yet powerful shifts.

As you settle into long-held restorative poses, Reiki will be offered throughout the room to support relaxation, energetic alignment, and emotional release. No effort. No striving. Just receiving.

This is perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or simply craving stillness.

Come as you are. Leave lighter.

Sea to Soul - Next Date TBD

Sea to soul is a unique, soul nourishing event that explores the connection between humans and nature, through science, movement, and mindfulness.

Begin with a one-hour guided beach walk led by marine scientist, Kara Muzia where you’ll explore coastal ecosystems and connect with the natural world through a meditative lens.

The experience continues with a 30-minute gentle yoga flow on the sand, designed to help you ground into your body and breath awareness.

We’ll close with an optional refreshing dip in the ocean - a true sea-to-soul moment.
