We’re saying it out loud: Menopause. Yep, the M-word. For too long it’s been whispered about — but not here. Midlife can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
This 5-week series supports women in every stage of menopause - Peri, Mid and Post.
Together, we’ll create a supportive community space to explore yoga, breath work, and mindfulness practices that restore balance, build resilience, and honor the fierce, radiant, badass power within you.
