YinYasa

Yinyasa is a balanced blend of movement and stillness, weaving together the strength and flow of Vinyasa with the deep, grounding holds of Yin yoga. In this practice, you’ll flow through dynamic sequences that build heat, energy, and focus, then slow down into longer, meditative holds that release tension and restore balance.

This class is designed to meet you where you are—energizing yet calming, strengthening yet deeply relaxing. It’s the perfect practice when you want both the benefits of movement and the spaciousness of stillness.
