Yoga Tone

Yoga Tone is a mindful fusion of yoga flow and light strength training using 1 lb weighted balls. This class enhances your yoga practice by building lean muscle, increasing joint stability, and improving balance—all while staying rooted in breath and body awareness.

Expect a fluid sequence that tones and strengthens while supporting alignment, mobility, and a deeper mind-body connection. Leave feeling strong, centered, and empowered from the inside out.

Space is limited to 10 students.
