You’ll rest comfortably as you’re guided through a full Yoga Nidra practice—often called yogic sleep—to calm the nervous system, release the weight of the past year, and create space for clarity and renewal. From this deeply relaxed state, you’ll be gently supported in setting a meaningful intention for the year ahead—one that feels aligned, realistic, and personal.
No movement is required. This practice is suitable for all levels and especially supportive if you’re feeling tired, reflective, or ready for a fresh start.
