Sivananda Yoga Series: A Journey into Balance and Stillness

Saturdays at 12:00 PM | 45 minutes (90-minute full practice on the last Saturday of the month)

Experience the heart of classical yoga through this four-week Sivananda Yoga Series — a progressive journey designed to restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.

Each week builds upon the last, introducing pranayama (breathwork), sun salutations, and foundational postures that cultivate strength, calm, and inner awareness.


While the series is designed as a month-long progression, drop-ins are always welcome — each class offers a complete practice and an entry point for anyone curious about this traditional style.
The final Saturday of each month culminates in a 90-minute full Sivananda practice, allowing you to integrate everything you’ve learned and experience the depth of this timeless lineage.
