Yoga Magic is everything you could ask for in a yoga class and is appropriate for practitioners at any level. It focuses on grounding, movement, strength, flexibility, breath, stillness and deep relaxation.
The class begins with a short grounding meditation, followed by 20 minutes of vinyasa flow, then progresses into 20 minutes of Yin postures and culminates with a 15-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation. It’s simply Magical!
