Yin + Yoga Nidra

Unwind and reset with this deeply restorative practice designed to calm the body and quiet the mind. The first portion of class focuses on Yin yoga—longer, supported stretches that gently release tension in the connective tissues, hips, and spine while encouraging stillness and deep breathing.

The practice then transitions into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep,” where you will rest comfortably while being led through a deeply relaxing meditation that supports nervous system recovery and mental clarity.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to slow down, release stress, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and deeply relaxed.
